This fits all HiSun 1000 V-Twin Engines, both Utility, Sport, Crew Bucket Seat and Bench Seat Models. Remember, it is usually the Primary Clutch that falls and makes it hard to shift and grinds when making a shift. This is because the CVT Belt is turning at Idle, Not Good. Please read the Flier on V-Twin Clutches located at the bottom of the Main 1000 Parts Page.

This Kit has the updated stronger gear teeth and replaces the Threaded end of the clutch shaft by adding the Threads inside that shaft. This allows a short length of shaft and makes the Clutch and Belt replacement possible with out removing the engine. 2015-2018ish had this problem. The transmission shafts can not be mixed with new and old. Gaskets are sold separately.

This U-Joint Bearing Cap is 22mm in Diameter and 58mm End to End.
Please Measure the Diameter before Buying.
