This is for the 2018ish and Newer 250. If you have an Earlier Model, you must replace all parts as a KIT. You can not mix match new parts with old. Search for 250 Transmission Kit. - Out of stock
This fits all HiSun 1000 V-Twin Engines, both Utility, Sport, Crew Bucket Seat and Bench Seat Models.Remember, it is usually the Primary Clutch that falls and makes it hard to shift and grinds when making a shift.This is because the CVT Belt is turning at Idle, Not Good.Please read the Flier on V-Twin Clutches located at the bottom of the Main 1000 Parts Page. 
This Kit has the updated stronger gear teeth and replaces the Threaded end of the clutch shaft by adding the Threads inside that shaft. This allows a short length of shaft and makes the Clutch and Belt replacement possible with out removing the engine. 2015-2018ish had this problem. The transmission shafts can not be mixed with new and old. Gaskets are sold separately.
