This Kit has the updated stronger gear teeth and replaces the Threaded end of the clutch shaft by adding the Threads inside that shaft. This allows a short length of shaft and makes the Clutch and Belt replacement possible with out removing the engine. 2015-2018ish had this problem. The transmission shafts can not be mixed with new and old. Gaskets are sold separately.- Out of stock
This fits all HiSun 1000 V-Twin Engines, both Utility, Sport, Crew Bucket Seat and Bench Seat Models.Remember, it is usually the Primary Clutch that falls and makes it hard to shift and grinds when making a shift.This is because the CVT Belt is turning at Idle, Not Good.Please read the Flier on V-Twin Clutches located at the bottom of the Main 1000 Parts Page.
