This Outer Clutch Cover fit HiSun 800, 900 & 1000 V-Twin Engines.
To add or replace, use a Press to remove the spring loaded Circlip on the Spring side end of the Clutch.
Then the 4 Ramps with the Allen Head bolts need to be removed.
This spacer is normally for the ODES 800 that has a Solid Center Roller on the Primary.
This spacer allows the Secondary Clutch Plates to Open which also allows the CVT Belt to drop down and release pressure off the Solid Center Roller of the Primary Clutch.
Remember, the Belt should NOT turn at Idle ! (900-1,100 rpm)

Add this to both Front and Rear Diff Vent Hoses, no clamps required.
